27 shops in Market Harborough have joined the Welland Valley Rotary Christmas Shop Competition for local school children, in the fortnight leading up to Harborough Christmas Fayre on 5th of December.
The aim of the competition is to spot the odd thing out in each of the participating shop windows. There will be prizes for the first three correct entries drawn out at the Christmas Fayre plus a prize for the primary school with the most entries.
Entry into the competition is free and open to anyone under the age of 12. Children can get their entry forms from their school or on the Welland Valley Rotary website http://bit.ly/WVRshopcompetition
Completed entry forms can be left at each School’s reception, in the office of Harrison Murray or on the Welland Valley Rotary stall on Adam and Eve Street during the Christmas Fayre before 8pm.
We thank participating stores for their involvement and for their donation to the Welland Valley Rotary charity fund, with over £300 anticipated to be raised from the competition.
